Deer Lakes Middle School recently had an AI Day of Literacy, in which students learned how to appropriately and positively use AI resources for education.

Lessons about AI included learning what AI is, how AI can be helpful while still making mistakes, the ethical use of AI, enhancing writing skills, developing math skills, and much more across topics in math, literature, science, history, etc.

Special thanks to Mr. Hughes for his extensive knowledge in AI and leading the effort to coordinate the AI Day of Literacy.
